Consumer Services Specialist - Remote

We are looking for a Consumer Services Specialist who will join our Customer Service team and we are open to remote work.

This position is our primary contact with consumers and is key to building relationships through the timely resolution of issues through a variety of channels including phone, email, chat, eCommerce, and responding to Social Media posts.

Every day you will:

• Assists consumers with all manner of ecommerce transactions or concerns via phone, email, chat and other communication channels
• Provides support to 3rd party contact center ecommerce team for best in class customer support
• Ensures that the customer ordering experience is seamless by reviewing available tools and addressing issues.
• Share consumer feedback with team members to improve product offerings and shopping experience
• Support the corporate initiative of 'Sell 365' in daily responsibilities.
• Accurately document and report on consumer interactions.
• Prepare and deliver training as needed.
• Responsible for a variety of projects and tasks as deemed necessary for optimal consumer experience. Projects can include writing product and process scripts and interacting with internal partners on specific consumer facing projects

What you'll need to be successful:

• 2+ years experience in a consumer facing role; experience in a contact center environment a plus
• Experience with utilizing multiple tools and emerging technology
• Flexibility to work weekends and alternate hours as required
• Some travel required
