Summary As a Contact Center Representative fluent in either Italian, German, Polish, Japanese, or Castilian Spanish you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and support. Your core skills in communication, data entry, and proficiency in English will enable you to effectively communicate on the phone. Positions are available for the following languages and shifts: ·Japanese( 6am-2:30pm (first 6 months) with opportunity to go remote after 6 months based on performance- Remote hours might vary) ·Italian/ Polish/ German(shift Monday - Friday starting as early as 4am 40 hours a week) ·Castilian Spanish(shift Monday - Friday starting as early as 4am 40 hours a week) Must livewithin a reasonable commute distance of Morgan Hill, CA. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, making outbound calls to request documents, analyzing documents for completeness, and light data entry.
