We are looking for:An inspired leader who is passionate about growth, community, and content. You have your finger on the pulse of what's trending in marketing, tech, VC, startups, and the digital landscape. You have a channel you're very active on (Twitter, Reddit, newsletter, blog, etc.) and love sharing your perspective with a larger audience. You regularly read the leading newsletters and blogs in the industry. You are self-motivated. You are a storyteller. You have big ideas.

You must love start-up culture, feel energized by team-oriented environments, and have an all-hands-on-deck attitude. What we care about most is your ability to bring big ideas to the table, your capacity to learn, your willingness to contribute, and your desire to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You will get to:

  • Developing a comprehensive digital content strategy that builds NoGood's brand awareness and community engagement Authoring content that establishes a unique tone of voice and a consistent narrative across all digital channels (Twitter, growth newsletter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Creating and delivering content calendars for NoGood's blog, newsletter, social channels while overseeing the day-to-day management of NoGood's digital community
  • Collaborating with the Creative Studio to produce innovative, engaging content
  • Following growth/digital marketing, tech, branding, and social trends to implement into NoGood's content strategy
  • Using social media monitoring, social listening data, competitor and customer insights to shape the content strategy and provide regular reporting on results on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

You have:

  • 4 - 6 years of proven experience managing and growing digital communities and a deep understanding of how consumers engage online
  • The ability to concept stories and content based on consumer and industry insights, trends, brand positioning and KPIs
  • A deep understanding of & appetite for growth, tech/VC space, digital culture (memes, podcasts, social media), etc.
  • Strong knowledge of social channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and best ways to activate them through content
  • The ability to effectively manage social media managers, designers, and interns to drive output
  • Experience providing a content & community strategy across multiple social channels
  • The ability to be organized, self-motivating and to multi-task across different projects under tight deadlines
  • Experience with email marketing, SEO, analytics and social publishing tools including Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Hootsuite
