As a Content Creator at Truecaller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s digital presence. You will collaborate closely with our digital marketing and design teams to develop engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand strategy and resonates with our audience. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, particularly on social media and through influencer partnerships.

The impact you will create:

Video Content Creation:

• Conceptualize, develop, and produce compelling video content for diverse marketing campaigns.
• Create dynamic animated videos and motion graphics that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative video concepts.

Advanced Image Editing and Graphic Design:

• Design and enhance high-quality digital and print visuals using specialized software.
• Perform advanced photo retouching, compositing, and image manipulation to meet brand standards.
• Develop visually captivating graphics for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.

Copywriting:

• Craft compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Ensure all written content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and tone.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and persuasive messaging across all platforms.

Social Media and Influencer Marketing:

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What you bring in:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, animation, advanced image editing, and copywriting.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to convey messages effectively through video and imagery.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Fluency in other languages, especially Bahasa Indonesian, Malaysian, and/or Vietnamese, is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
