Purpose

As a Content Designer IV you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products through engaging and user-centric content. You will collaborate closely with Kueski’s cross-functional teams to create content that guides users throughout our products and encapsulates Kueski’s established voice and tone. This role will be situated within the broader Product Design team along with fellow Content Designer Product Designers and User Researchers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs pain points and behaviors to inform content strategy and creation

  • Create clear concise and engaging content for a variety of digital platforms specifically for our mobile experiences

  • Collaborate with XFN partners and product stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with product and user experience goals

  • Conduct content audits and analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

  • Define and maintain content style guides and standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior content designers to help them grow and develop their skills

  • Foster a culture of excellence growth and collaboration within the product content design team

  • Represent Kueski’s brand mission and values through user-centric content design

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of mobile experience in content design or content strategy

  • Demonstrated leadership in content design and collaboration at both team and organizational levels

  • Highly skilled with web and mobile technologies and software

  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly while addressing the needs of multiple stakeholders

  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication with fluency in both English and Spanish

  • Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

  • A passion for user-centered design and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

  • Experience creating content design standards and systems for digital FinTech productsExperience designing products for LATAM markets
