Content Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Manager to support our content marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow while managing editorial workflows collaborating with writers and ensuring our content is polished optimized and published on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Publishing

• Collaborate with writers to develop and refine content.

• Edit copy for clarity consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Publish articles and updates on the company blog.

• Create featured images for blog posts using brand templates.

Multimedia & Social Content

• Draft and edit video scripts for social media campaigns.

• Repurpose and adapt content across formats with the help of AI tools.

SEO & Analytics

• Review and apply recommendations from SEO tracking sheets.

• Understand basic SEO principles to ensure content is optimized.

Workflow & Collaboration

• Manage and track content requests in Asana from multiple departments.

• Coordinate with writers and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

• Communicate effectively to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with content management tools (blog platforms CMS).

• Proficiency with Asana or other project management tools.

• Strong English writing and editing skills.

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts.

• Comfortable using AI tools to edit draft and repurpose content.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Experience in B2B marketing preferred; cybersecurity knowledge a plus.
