NOCD is the #1 telehealth provider for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. NOCD creates access to online therapy for people with OCD through our telehealth platform. In the NOCD app, members can quickly access and schedule live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment.Â

About the RoleÂ
NOCD is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to participate and execute the strategy for what content needs to be written and deployed across the various marketing channels and campaigns. This content reflects a deep understanding of our customer, their mindset, needs, and where they are in their journey with us. The content also ensures that we are achieving our business objectives through customer-centric content that reflects our brand tone and voice across the NOCD experience.Â
This person will report directly to the VP of Content Marketing and will directly impact the number of members getting better each month. Ultimately, the Content Marketing Specialist will deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to NOCD’s audiences, attract members, convert members, and boost brand awareness.
The ideal candidate for this role will have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration capabilities, and a deep passion for mental health and wellness. As our business continues to grow quickly, this team member should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality email marketing messages, case studies, educational content, social media content, as well as web and InApp copy for marketing campaigns and initiatives
Write, edit and deliver exceptional content that meets marketing objectives and reflects previous learningsÂ
Continuously optimize content based on performance and new insightsÂ
Develop and maintain editorial calendar for marketing campaigns and written guidelines; provide regular updates to stakeholders, and determine metrics for ensuring effectiveness of marketing content
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
Work closely with internal and external content writers, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that reflects our customers mindset and product’s core benefitsÂ
Management of external writers, and resources who might help produce contentÂ
Evolve and maintain brand and voice guidelines that are the north star for internal and external content creationÂ
Partner with social media team to ensure these channels reflect our content standards and marketing strategy Â
Copy edit and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice; provide education and guidance to ensure high quality writing for all NOCD contentÂ
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience with skills in writing, copyediting, storytelling, and a deep understanding of content production requirements across multiple formats
Basic experience with email marketing tools such as Braze is preferred
Basic experience with WordPress
Detail-oriented with extensive time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
Strong communicator with ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling and easy to understand storiesÂ
Clear understanding of brand building/positioning, messaging, tone, and voice
Team player who is a self-starter, motivated, collaborative and driven to help us on our mission to help as many people as possibleÂ
