To keep that momentum going strong, we’re expanding our team of enthusiastic go-getters with a Content Marketing Manager.

You will:

  • Translate Sales and Marketing goals into snappy, persuasive content that drives meaningful, measurable results.
  • Own the content creation process from end-to-end — from strategy to measuring results. You’ll be a master of both the art and science of content marketing.
  • Develop a rich, continuous pipeline of compelling marketing content to engage potential and existing clients (blog posts, articles, white papers, podcasts, infographics, case studies, guides, tools, etc.)
  • Develop and implement the organization’s social media strategy, including marketing plans that leverage social media outlets to achieve goals.
  • Manage vendor, agency, and freelancer relationships to help produce and promote high-quality content
  • Develop a comprehensive database of reference customers and success stories that can be used to directly support sales and marketing activities, PR, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships
  • Help create and contribute to a marketing content calendar, allocating resources, determining targets and timelines
  • Collaborate with all internal teams – particularly product marketing, sales, customer success, and learning teams – to drive engagement, member acquisition, and overall communication strategy.
  • Identify new content types and delivery mechanisms to exponentially increase our audience reach.
  • Use a variety of analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact

Requirements

You might be a great fit if:

  • You have a proven track record of creating killer content: you’re a true wordsmith that knows how to explain complex concepts in clear, pithy prose, and you can effortlessly adjust your tone and style for different audiences.
  • This isn’t your first foray into the world of tech startups (or scaleups). You’re capable of understanding both the minutiae and the big picture.
  • You’re detail-obsessive and all about getting stuff done: you hate the thought of anything slipping through the cracks.
  • Are ambitious, curious, resourceful, and fast: you’re comfortable with moving fast, making decisions with imperfect data, and learning on your own.
  • You have well-rounded marketing experience and knowledge of marketing/business software. Primarily HubSpot.. We use it every day..
  • You’re the person everyone wants on their team. You like people, and people like you.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience/familiarity with the Architecture industry
