Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Lifecycle Support: Assist in the planning, creation, publishing, and regular updates of content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency.

• Governance and Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold content governance processes, such as version control, content audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance and uniformity.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and design teams to support efficient workflows and meet project timelines.

• Performance Tracking and Optimization: Track content performance metrics, analyze data, and assist in recommending improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

• Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain content management systems (CMS) and digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access to resources and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content operations, content management, or a similar role.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
