This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more!Â
JOB PURPOSE
You will manage projects independently, with a standard approach. You will be responsible for more complex projects under the supervision of a Senior or Lead Project Manager, ensuring that all deliverables meet the clientâs needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects independently, with standard approaches and clear objectives
- Be the first point of contact for the client and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery
- Oversee project teams and coordinate efforts across disciplines within a complex structure
- Analyze project needs and tailor your approach accordingly
- Coordinate the team (Copywriters and Content Manager predominantly)
- Distribute tasks within the PM team
- Manage the Trackspace board
- Increase efficiency by improving and streamlining processes / workflowsÂ
- Report and coordinate internal and external feedback
- Use CMS and Content knowledge to support across commercial and strategic decisions regarding campaigns / projects
- Actively supporting with maintenance / admin in peak-periods
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- a minimum of 6 months experience as a Project Manager ideally within an agency
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to manage projects independently, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- SEO & WCAG basic knowledge
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
