About the team
PTE-Scaled governance team is responsible for the end-to-end business results, such as the final results of ecological governance and LIVE monetization governance. Simultaneously, we must ensure that the governance experience does not impact business growth.
With the development and expansion of the LIVE business, we also handle other projects rather than original governance projects, such as agency governance, model solution and other projects.
We need to evolve into a central role of scaled operations for overall LIVE and provide a one-stop solution to the needs of scaled projects with a full lifecycle.
We leverage both in-house and BPO resources to partner or integrate all business needs for high-efficiency and high-quality operations.
More importantly, in 2025, the team will accelerate ROI improvement methods for overall operations to balance cost and effectual output better.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage content safety moderation projects, design reasonable strategies and goals based on business expectations, and work together with upstream and downstream stakeholders to promote the timely implementation of projects and achieve targets
2. Monitor key metrics of projects, deep dive on abnormal fluctation, identify pain points, make resolution plans with all stakeholders and resolve top issues thoroughly
3. Assist in completing other tasks assigned by the leader

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content safety moderation strategy, governance strategy, or policy strategy operations.
- Proficient in problem-solving, project management, communication, and overall planning.
- Proficient in data analysis (SQL, Python, etc.) and skilled at identifying meaningful insights from data fluctuations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong logical thinking, deep understanding of the Live industry, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
