Unite Private Networks (UPN) is searching for a dynamic and experienced Contract and Legal Specialist II to provide business and legal support to Segra's Enterprise Sales, Carrier Sales, and Operations teams with a focus on all types of contractual and other documents related to sales, vendor, and certain real property matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transactions and/or contracts.
• Bachelor's degree or related years of experience (4+ years)

Preferred Qualifications:

• JD or MBA is preferred

• Superior writing and oral communications skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills with high levels of competency in all Microsoft applications and Adobe Professional; excellent Internet skills; ability to learn and be proficient in company-specific computer systems
• A strong sense of urgency; ability to prioritize and manage deadlines while juggling multiple customers and projects
• Efficiently gather information, problem solve, plan and organize
• Devise logical approaches and make suggestions to address complex issues
• Recognize and treat with discretion confidential materials and documents
• Ability to work independently along with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business colleagues
• Sound judgment
