Lifecycle marketing is at the forefront of our efforts to build and maintain meaningful relationships with Instawork users. You will be a member of our Product Marketing team, responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that engage our users throughout their entire journey with usāfrom awareness to advocacy.Ā You will do so in partnership with Product, Biz Ops, and Account Management teams to delight Instawork users and drive engagement with the platform. This is a part time contract position with an opportunity to become full-time.

What youāll do
- Set up, maintain, and report on lifecycle programs to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty across all stages of the lifecycle. This includes onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
- Design and operationalize impactful marketing programs across email, push and SMS with a high bar for user experience and relentless focus on channel optimization.Ā
- Have an experimentation mindset to continuously optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data to create personalized experiences at scale.Ā
- Own performance of key metrics that measure lifecycle success - activation, engagement, monetization and retention
- Work closely with the rest of our GTM teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience with Iterable
- 5+ years of email marketing/CRM experience, preferably in lifecycle CRM; 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Deep expertise in the latest email infrastructure best practices (deliverability, privacy) and growth marketing concepts (incrementality, attribution)
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
For CA based applicants:
- The rate for this role is $75 - $100/hour.
Various factors are considered when determining someoneās compensation including a candidateās professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
