Job Description

We are looking for a Contract Manager Site & OLO responsible for the operational contract management and hiring of network infrastructure services from third-party vendors. Examples include rack space, fiber patches and fiber routes. You will ensure that purchased services and working arrangements are in line with our network strategy and commercial business rules.

A quick overview of your potential new job

As a Contract Manager, you'll play a crucial role in all processes (set-up, management, monitoring, execution, optimization) related to third-party services. You'll ensure that the processes are delivered accurately, on time and per the guidelines and agreements established in the contract.

Your responsibilities:

• You will develop ordering procedures and related instructions.
• You will maintain relationships with third parties. You will ensure that the collaboration runs smoothly so the agreements established in the contract are respected.
• You will establish, oversee and evaluate cost-efficiency and quality standards.
• You will establish billing processes and monitor their implementation. You will ensure that these processes are in line with Eurofiber's payment guidelines and contract agreements so that invoices can be processed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

You have experience in a dynamic environment where things are not necessarily fixed and change is a constant. You like to stay abreast of trends in the market and with our competitors. You think in terms of profit, loss and added value. You demonstrate financial awareness and identify business opportunities.

• You have at least 5 years of work experience in relationship and contract management and you have good analytical skills;
• You show independent and strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and you have a good command of Dutch, French and English.
