As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Creative Team to produce visually engaging motion graphics across multiple platforms including digital, mobile/app, social media, and video. You will be responsible for adapting existing designs into motion graphics, creating captivating short animations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from concept to execution.

Your Adventure Ahead

• Create high-quality motion graphics, short video animations, and visual content for digital marketing, in-app banners, social media posts, and other multimedia formats.
• Collaborate with other designers, marketing, and product teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and project goals.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Adapt and optimize static designs for motion, and assist with creating interactive or animated elements as needed.
• Follow established design processes and workflows, ensuring high-quality deliverables for all motion design projects.
• Bring a "can-do" attitude with excellent creative judgment and a willingness to experiment with new techniques and tools.

Essentials to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising Arts, Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics design, ideally in a design agency or in-house creative team.
• A deep passion for motion design and its fundamentals, including animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with post-production software as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lottie Files, Davinci, and, or Figma.
• Familiarity with TikTok Effect House is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to feedback while being proactive in sharing ideas.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-reliant, passionate about motion design, and committed to delivering high-quality work that aligns with both team and company goals.
