Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced ghostwriter to work part-time to craft engaging and insightful weekly newsletters for LinkedIn on the topic of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for our client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EOS principles, a passion for entrepreneurship, and the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and compelling manner. This role requires someone who can consistently produce high-quality content that resonates with business leaders, EOS implementers, and entrepreneurs.

This is a contract position for 10 hours per week for 6 months. 

Objectives of this Role 

• Produce quality writing to reach target audiences and drive engagement
• Meet deadlines in support of the editorial calendar
• Promote our client’s mission through informational and insightful content
• Follow SEO best practices to maximize visibility and user interactions

Responsibilities

• Take concepts and creatively and efficiently turn them into engaging pieces of written content
• Deliver strong, clean, on-brand projects on deadline
• Communicate and collaborate professionally and effectively within a remote environment requiring occasional virtual meetings and regular asynchronous individual work
• Know when collaboration is necessary and when independent work should suffice

Skills and qualifications

• Relevant Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Proven Experience: At least five years of experience in writing, journalism, or content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field. Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System is highly preferred.
• Excellent Writing Skills: Exceptional writing abilities and the skill to adapt tone and style to match our brand and audience. The candidate must also have impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
• Research Proficiency: Strong research skills, with the capability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices to maximize the reach and visibility of the newsletter.
