Contractor

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contractor to join our team. As a Contractor, you will be responsible for getting the job done in a timely manner. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in multiple areas of construction. Duties: - Painting, Interior and Exterior preparation, priming, and applying paint or other finishes - Building structures, including framing, sheetrock, tape and bed, texture and Match texture - Door Install from Interior to exterior - Laying tiles and installing other types of flooring materials, LVP and Laminate Flooring - Installing cabinets and other fixtures - Performing trim carpentry work to create a finished look Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Contractor or in a similar role - Proficiency in construction painting, building, tile laying, cabinet installation, and trim carpentry - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials - Ability follow specifications - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and leadership abilities Must have own transportation, own tools is a plus we work Dallas and Surrounding areas Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: In person
