Job Description

• Independent merging of BU-specific operative and strategic planning (OP / SP / FC), ensuring timely (production) controlling and showing the budget development (management review).
• Determination and evaluation of economic risks (risk management), creation of scenarios and corresponding measures that contribute to the achievement of goals and support in their implementation (e.g. in the context of business plans or business cases) n cooperation with the local commercial management
• Creation of analyzes and reports according to specifications
• Controlling projects on the controlling side (e.g. relocation or new projects)
• Ensuring the defined reporting at the location (especially monthly reviews)
• Initiation and implementation of cost reduction and profit increase projects, management of such projects
• Regular comparison and consolidation of the degree of target achievement per defined controlling unit (e.g. BU, PU, ​​etc.)

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge in the following areas: controlling, financial and investment planning, cost structure analysis, calculation (KLR), reporting and business intelligence.
• Extended knowledge in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, financing, profitability analysis, revision and calculation.
• Basic technical understanding for evaluating the value chain, opportunities for influence, etc.
• Basic knowledge in the areas of project management, risk analysis and personnel controlling.
• Good written and spoken foreign language skills
