These services include accounting, payroll, third-party billing and collections, human resources, online and live Continuing Education, marketing, facility development and quality assurance programs.

Job Description

Client representative for client corporations delegated by the Chief Financial Officer.

Oversight of the full cycle accounting process for client companies delegated by the Chief Financial Officer including, but not limited to, review of monthly journal entries and reconciliations. Review and analyze Financial Statements prepared by the Staff Accountants ensuring all applicable schedules and analysis are prepared accurately and timely.

Oversight of preparation of annual Uniform Financial Reports and related supporting schedules for companies delegated by the Chief Financial Officer.

Review and analysis of materials necessary for completion of annual audits as prepared by Staff Accountants.

Oversee Budget Preparations for client corporations.

Oversight of renewal of insurance policies for delegated client companies.

Assist Chief Financial Officer and/ or CEO with Ad-Hoc reporting and special projects as necessary.

Supervise accounting staff
