As an Accountant, you will be managing the budget & control process and monthly submission of cost reports and production budgets.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles general ledger accounts for productions. 
• Monitors the analytical distribution of project staff. 
• Assists in the month-end accounting process reports, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with the closing procedures. 
• Provides financial status information and prepares month-end reports. 
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures. 
• Responsible for budgeting based on production plans. 
• Accomplishes accounting and organization targets as needed. 
• Collaborates with other team members, when necessary.
• Follows the Supervisor’s and Lead´s guidance.

Requirements

• Accounting degree or equivalent. 
• 3-5 years of experience in an accounting department, dealing with month-end closing and daily duties. 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and desirable in Navision. 
• Keen attention to detail.
• High level of English and Spanish.
