Learn more about Stonescapes at www.stonescapesnv.com Perform a variety of responsibilities, for example: • Oversee full-cycle accounting (AR, AP, GL, payroll, fixed assets, etc.) • Orchestrate closing process (month, quarter, annual). • Produce accurate, timely financial reports, in compliance with GAAP. • Track construction project costs and revenue; manage over/under billings. • Provide strategic insights. Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, KPI tracking. • Treasury functions. Line of credit. Cash flow management. • Achieve efficiencies with new policies, controls and procedures. • Track and pay taxes. Coordinate with CPA firm, regarding tax and audit. • Lead and mentor staff. Supervise the back-office, including HR. Qualifications Required: • Self-starter. Committed to getting the job done. • Experience working in the construction industry, including job costing and WIP. • Strong technical accounting skills, hands-on. • Confident knowledge of GAAP. • Experience performing a wide spectrum of accounting duties. • Wisdom to lead and motivate a team. Problem-solve by attacking issues,notindividuals. • Accurate. Detailed. Organized. Urgent. Collaborative. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Technology savvy, including Excel and ERPs (preferably Acumatica and ProCore). • (Preferrably) CPA. • (Preferrably) Degree in relevant field. #ind2
