Implement and optimize ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred; large ERP experience welcome). Drive audit readiness, compliance, and financial reporting excellence. Collaborate with senior leaders across development, retail, and investment divisions. Mentor and manage a growing accounting team. What We’re Looking For CPA with 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience. Degreed Accountant with public accounting background (Big 4 or Top 10 regional firm preferred). 3+ years of Management or Supervisor experience. Strong technical accounting skills and a passion for process improvement. Experience in dynamic, multi-entity environments is a plus.
