Job Description:

• We are looking for a talented and dedicated Conversational AI Chatbot Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of new chatbots and the enhancement of existing ones. You play a key role in collaborating with our internal clients understanding their requirements and translating them into functional user-friendly chatbot solutions. You have the opportunity to experiment with new market frameworks and trends to ensure our chatbots remain cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain LLM chatbots for platforms such as Whatsapp and Slack.

• Collaborate with internal clients to gather and understand requirements.

• Experiment with and integrate new frameworks and technologies to improve chatbot functionality.

• Communicate effectively to solve problems and deliver concrete solutions.

• Write maintainable and efficient code in Python with opportunity to work with Elixir.

• Develop and consume APIs for integration with various services.

• Participate in the ongoing migration of services from Python to Elixir.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology adoption strategies.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• Strong understanding of API development and integration.

• Experience with RAG pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong appetite for learning new technologies and programming paradigms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with main LLM providers such as OpenAI Anthropic and Google.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and related services.

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.

• Understanding of conversational design principles.

• Experience with functional programming languages (e.g. Elixir) is a plus.

• Previous experience in technology migration projects is valuable.
