Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular data reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems and databases
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including the creation and maintenance of macros, to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
• Develop, maintain, and update Management Information Systems to support business operations and decision-making
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of MIS reports and dashboards, providing timely updates
• Conduct detailed data analysis using Excel to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights
• Create reports and dashboards in Excel to support various business functions
• Implement data validation techniques in Excel to ensure data quality and consistency

Key Requirements

• Proven 3-5 years experience in data operations or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of macros
• Experience with data reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with other data management tools and software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
