Coordinator, Marketing Operations Overview: : ebbo is seeking a coordinator to join our highly skilled marketing ops department. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is technically curious, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver who is eager to learn how marketing technology powers digital experiences. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support a variety of initiatives across web optimization, analytics, and user experience. This role is ideal for someone motivated to build a strong technical foundation in marketing operations while developing into a subject matter expert in the platforms that drive marketing optimization and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities of Coordinator, Marketing Operations: : • Assist in the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns within first party admin tools, as well as third party tools like Optimizely, FullStory, and Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Tag Manager, Campaign Manager 360, etc.). • Support A/B testing initiatives, ensuring accurate setup, proper tracking, and reliable measurement from launch through analysis. • Assist in maintaining the company’s WordPress site, including basic edits, page updates, and testing of new features or plugins as needed. • Manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Client Services, and Engineering teams to support implementation needs and assist in troubleshooting when required. • Document key processes and learnings to contribute to shared team knowledge and improve the efficiency of ongoing marketing operations. Skills of Coordinator, Marketing Operations: : • Strong attention to detail and a passion for learning new technical skills. • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, client-facing, and technical teams. • A curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset — eager to learn new tools, share knowledge, and adapt to changing priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field; recent graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a marketing or technical support role are encouraged to apply. • Exposure to or familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or marketing technology tools (Optimizely, FullStory, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) is a plus but not required. The base salary for this position is $45,000.
