The Role:
We're looking for an ambitious Accounts Coordinator, National Accounts- Sephora, to join our fabulous commercial team and drive our Sephora NA business across US, CA & Sephora @ Kohl's. You'll be responsible for nurturing multiple relationships across Sephora Makeup, Skincare & Fragrance Teams and helping to identify new commercial opportunities, negotiating best in class reciprocal retailer support, and thinking limitlessly to bring the Tilbury magic to life in store and online.
You'll have a forward-thinking mindset which allows you to push boundaries and build game changing cross functional relationships. You will be numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, keen to find creative solutions to challenges and passionate about working in the beauty industry.
Role Accountabilities:
Trading Relationships:• Establish and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within the Sephora teams (US, CA & Kohl's), including Merchandising, Planning and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility, and exposure.
Driving Performance (Retail, Net and Profit):• Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.• Participate in weekly Merchandise & Planning team meetings to review all business opportunities, drive shipments and align on forecasts and maintain clear meeting recaps and follow ups accordingly.• Manage Meeting Invites & Set Up's with Retailer Team & CT Team, Ensuring Meeting Notes are clear, concise and provide specific Follow up.• Manage all Assortment Files both with CT and Retailer, ensuring all assortment files are submitted in a timely manner and accurate. • Assist in all aspects of Market preparation, including drafting market presentations, maintaining meeting minutes, organizing Meeting Set-up, catering, product set up and owning follow up items.• Manage New Product Set up via Sephora NPF System in collaboration with Sephora Merchandise Coordinator.• Manage all Internal Ordering & Sampling Assistance along with Supply Chain counterpart ensuring proper forms are completed and maintained.• Responsible for Retailer Reporting Management weekly, ensuring all retailer reports are properly saved, filed and shared across the organization in a timely manner.• Contribute to delivering plans to drive #1 ranking across the Portfolio and Maintain our #1 Makeup Rank.
Cross-Functional Working:• Build strong working relationships with Field team, utilizing insight from the field to help drive sales across Sephora.• Collaborate with Commercial team in reviewing product assortment & sales to maximize counter productivity in partnership with trade marketing.• Work closely with Planning & Supply Chain, ensuring Retailer communication is clear around PO updates, Internal Order updates, along with maintaining assortment files and new product management updates. • Collaborate with Cross Functional Coordinators to ensure Meeting Scheduling is concise, clear and all parties can be in attendance.
Reporting Relationships: Reporting to AVP National Accounts- Sephora
Requirements
You will have:
- Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint skills a must
- 1-2 yrs. Account Coordinator Experience across Sephora or Specialty Retailer Preferred.
- Ability to flex based on commercial need. Enjoy working with ever evolving priorities and focus areas.

- Communication skills - keep all stakeholders informed on all the important issues. Help lead the presentation of project updates or account reviews. Ensure all communications are concise, clear, and convincing. Relationship-oriented, personable and approachable; able to build rapport quickly and establish genuine relationships.
Benefits
Base Salary Range: $70,000-75,000/annually**
