We are looking for Remarketing, Coordinator - Client Sales to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Remarketing, Coordinator- Client Sales you will support revenue goals through maximizing fee attainment by means of client & driver sale programs, premium buyouts, and Advanced Purchase Program initiatives. Also, be accountable for ensuring that cash is applied and sales are entered within benchmark resulting in purchasers receiving their paperwork.
A Day in the Life
- Receive Client Sales Notices and Payments from Clients and commence sale process.
- initiate files
- verify and enter check details
- validate check amount, taxes, FMV, and billing requirements
- Issue quotes and invoices upon request
- Inventory control including weekly reconciliation.
- Input invoices to A/P for refunds and/or vendor payments
- Respond to Client and Network queries and resolve issues and problems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
- 3 to 5 years business experience is required.
- Must have strong problem solving, business judgement and decision-making skills. Must be organized with ability to multi-task with good time management skills. Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills are also required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to programs and apps designed specifically for Element Fleet Management.
- Strong organizational planning, execution and proven analytical skills (ability to think through and problem solve) required
- Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and user level application knowledge, data entry and typing skills and be familiar with general office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent skills in project management and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster teamwork and relationships
This role is in office T,W,TH weekly in our Owings Mills, MD office".
