Job Description

JOB Under direct supervision, is responsible for the daily operations of the Bexar County Law Library photocopying services; operates and maintains photocopy machine; maintains supply levels; writes receipts and collects funds for photocopying service; verifies cash balances; and performs related duties as required. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Operates office photocopy machine for clients of Bexar County Law Library Records all sales and proceeds from photocopying service Balances all receipts and verifies amounts with Library/Account Clerk Maintains monthly utilization logs and reports Monitors overdue accounts Ensures the proper operation of the photocopy machine Ensures supply levels are maintained Performs other duties as required SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Workstations with internet access are available, if needed, to view job postings and apply online at 211 S Flores, San Antonio, TX 78204, 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
