Copywriter

REW is delighted to be looking for a Copywriter to join our growing high tech, high performing team. This specialized role is responsible for writing, optimizing, and disseminating content for our real estate clients. From content strategy to marketing, and social media to local SEO, you will build campaigns,  providing full-service Search Engine Marketing consulting in an ever-changing landscape. 

You have high standards, possess a love of learning, and have a knack for creating engaging online content. You're the type who loves the nitty gritty of analytics, can convert the data into decisions, and have a creative flair to your writing. You're a digital guru and writer extraordinaire with a natural savvy for technology—not to mention the ability to adapt quickly. You are a problem solver and decision maker, with a proven ability to prioritize and develop relevant and engaging content.

• Manage multiple clients' online content and lead-generation strategies
• Write and proofread compelling content for real estate websites and blogs
• Optimize content for search engine marketing and stay up to date on best practices
• Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, formatting, linking, and other elements to improve organic traffic and increase lead generation
• Oversee project teams and train on new SEO & PPC techniques
• Manage and optimize Google and Facebook advertising campaigns
• Communicate verbally and via email with clients and serve as a liaison across various departments

• A degree in a field similar to communications, journalism, marketing, or writing; or the equivalent in skills and experience
• Strong writing and proofreading skills, with experience in writing published works (digital or print)
• Experience in SEO campaign creation or content management
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented personality
• Knowledge of HTML, social media, and marketing
• Experience with a CMS
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, keyword search is a bonus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strict deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Ability to independently manage projects
