As a Creative Copywriter at Pattern, you will join one of the fastest growing ecommerce companies in the world, with responsibility for conceptualizing and developing ideas that define and elevate Pattern's brand voice and brand identity. You will partner with internal teams across Pattern and its subsidiaries to ensure scalability as well as consistency, while working across multiple media platforms.
What is a day in the life of a Senior Graphic Designer?
- Ownership of Brand voice. Develops and refines brand voice guidelines to ensure a distinct, cohesive brand identity across all communication channels
- Collaborates with the marketing team to understand brand positioning, target audiences, and marketing objectives
- Creates compelling messaging and taglines for online articles and campaigns
- Pens scripts for full video content pieces within the Pattern brand, and all of our subsidiary brands
- Research strategies to stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and branding
- Adapts your writing style to suit the unique tones of completely different brands
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in an agency or similar fast-paced creative environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to craft engaging and effective content across different media
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate complex ideas into relatable and compelling narratives
- Familiarity with developing and implementing brand voice and new brand guidelines for copy content
- Familiarity with video scripting and an understanding of visual storytelling
- Excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative spirit, able to work closely with cross-functional teams and receptive to feedback
