Copywriter

As a Copywriter (Retention/CRM/Email Marketing), you will be responsible for creating compelling, persuasive copy that drives customer engagement and conversion.

What you’ll do:

• Write and edit email campaigns, customer communications, and CRM messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling, on-brand email campaigns and customer communications
• Develop and test subject lines, calls-to-action, and messaging to improve email performance
• Understand audience and create customer-centric copy that resonates with the target customer
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement, email marketing and CRM
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing email templates
• Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar

Who you are:

• Minimum of [3-5] years of experience as a copywriter in an advertising, marketing, or agency environment
• Proven experience in creating customer retention, CRM and email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and technologies
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy
• Experience in customer-centric copywriting
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
