Corporate Controller

Location: On-Site

SprintRay is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate controller to be an integral part of a growing team. SprintRay is a leading developer of 3D printing hardware, software, and consumables in the dental industry. The corporate controller will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including preparing financial reports, monitoring, and analyzing accounting data and enforcing proper accounting policies and principles. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems
• Manage month-end close process in accurate and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Support financial planning and budgeting processes, provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support business units
• Financial reporting to stakeholders including supporting external audit and tax processes
• Negotiate and interact with key vendors and partners
• Monitoring and compliance of relevant rules and regulations, including sales tax
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and ERP systems
• Active leader in growth initiatives
• Strong levels of discretion and confidentiality

Skills:

• 5+ years of controller experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or technology industry (CPA is a must)
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Strong team player with leadership and management abilities. Ability to prioritize and be flexible
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software (prior ERP Implementation experience preferred)
• Inter-company and Consolidation experience a plus
• High levels of integrity and attention to detail

Target Salary Range: $115,000 - $220,000

Actual compensation packages consider a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The estimate provided has not been adjusted for all of these factors. At SprintRay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The total compensation package for a position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, and/or other applicable compensation.
