Corporate & Investment Banking - Trade Operations - Analyst

As an analyst in Trade Operations team, you will coordinate with both clients and hub for trade finance products.

Job responsibilities

Coordinate with both clients and hub for trade finance products (including LC, Collection, Guarantee/SBLC) booking

Strictly follow Standard Operation Procedure to ensure the processing of all trade transactions are in compliance with law, Uniform Customs Rules, Government, JPM's policy and Services Standard of the Division

Investigate and answer inquiries from both internal and external clients, and maintain proper record

Timely escalate for any issues with potential risk or loss

Assist operation manager in dealing with external & internal affairs and participate in relevant projects and other ad hoc events as required

Produce PBOC SAFE NAFR report

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 2 years of Trade Finance working experience at foreign bank; college graduate or above

Solid understanding of relevant PBOC SAFE NAFR regulation

Knowledge on UCP Rules, international trade and OFAC regulations

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Good customer contact techniques

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
