Corporate Pastry Chef

This position provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple concepts, ranging from European to Asian cuisines, to bring creativity and exacting quality to Lombardi Family Concepts. Ideal candidates are to be creative, driven and enthusiastic about learning and growing with our restaurant group. The Pastry Chef will be in charge of the creative vision and production of the dessert menu. They will work closely with Corporate and Executive Chefs on the creation, development and implementation of the program. The candidate must work well independently as well as part of a team, show a strong attention to detail, and bring a keen sense of fun to the position and the creations. Other expectations and qualifications include: • At least 3 years of experience in a Pastry leadership position • Commitment to your craft and continued pursuit of growth and creativity • A sense of accountability towards the chef team and your peers • Ability to lead various pastry teams, build team morale, and inspire • Familiarity with volume food service • Flexible availability • Possession of a valid Texas food handler’s certificate
