We are truly Pallet Management Made Simple, our workforce is the heart and soul of our business, and we're looking for our next Corporate Recruiter to join our team!

As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll get to partner with hiring Managers across the country in building their teams by managing the entire Recruitment process from team planning, job creation, sourcing/evaluating candidates, through the offer process! This role is vital to the success of our organization, as we are a high-volume Recruitment team that ensures we attract and hire people who will contribute to the culture and growth of our organization!

What You'll Do

• Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
• Track and measure recruitment KPIs
• Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboarded
• Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
• Screen candidates and set up interviews
• Organize hiring events and prepare job fair or hiring materials
• Generate weekly and monthly reports
• Conduct meetings and or training sessions for Hiring Managers, when required
• Implement strategies to improve Quality of Hire and decrease Time to Fill
• Provide a positive candidate experience to all who apply
• Provide constant status updates to Hiring Managers
• Prioritize critical roles and act with urgency when necessary

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume recruitment role
• Must be bilingual - Spanish and English
• Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or ICIMS preferred)
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial, Manufacturing or Construction industries strongly preferred

Targeted Salary Range

$60,000-$70,000 USD
