Location:5855 Oberlin Dr, San Diego, CA 92121 Schedule:Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM***$1.00 Shift Differential*** Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Monitor and secure entry points and restricted areas • Screen and grant access to visitors, vendors, and team members • Issue security badges and manage key control systems • Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the facility • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for safety and compliance • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations • Document and report security-related events and investigations • Assist with mail/package control and product transfer audits ✅What You Bring: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of security experience (military, law enforcement, or private sector) • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Professional demeanor with a willingness to learn and adapt • Flexibility to work overtime as needed Why Argen?
