Cosmetic's Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a dependable and resourceful Customer Service Representative who can manage responsibilities independently and bring a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities · Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional customer support · Enter and process orders accurately in our systems · Support inside sales by answering product questions and assisting with order recommendations · Manage customer accounts, including updating information and addressing issues and some outbound calling · Process returns and resolve related concerns in a timely manner · Monitor and maintain the customer service inbox with attention to detail and follow-up · Coordinate with internal departments as needed to ensure accurate order fulfillment Qualifications · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Quick to learn new systems and technologies · Thrives in an environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity · Reliable, punctual, and consistent in time management · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks · Genuine interest in wellness, skincare, and healthy living What You Can Expect · A clear set of responsibilities and expectations · An opportunity to contribute meaningfully and take ownership of your work · Stability in scheduling (Monday–Friday) · Exposure to the natural products industry in a hands-on role Please submit your resume along with a brief message about your interest in the role and how your skills align with the responsibilities listed above.
