JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare month end and year end closing report (Eg. Production volume report, process order report & etc).
• To timely update of inventory master data template and update standard cost in accounting system.
• To support inventory management processes (Eg: inventory count activities, follow up on stock discrepancy & etc).
• To support audit matter relates to costing and inventory.
• To identify, review and report obsolete inventory in system.
• To prepare yearly supporting documents in compliance of government requirements.
• To review completed jobs in system, ensure job costs are properly captured and analyze job variances.
• To compute product costing for existing and new products.
• To support continuous development and maintenance of standard operating procedures in stock and costing related issues.
• To support any ad-hoc reporting and compliance support assigned by superior/management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 – 3 years related working experience preferably in costing.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in accounting package, preferable SAP.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office packages, thorough in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and Written communication skills required.
