Key Parts Specialist - Counter Sales Responsibilities Include:

• Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts
• Determine customers' truck parts needs
• Assist customers with warranties
• Generate tickets for orders to the warehouse
• Process orders for the outside sales team
• Maintain inside sales skills and product knowledge for all TruckPro parts and services

Successful Parts Specialist - Counter Sales Candidates Will Have:

• Heavy-Duty Truck Parts knowledge, preferred
• Automotive parts knowledge/experience, also a plus
• 1-2 years’ work experience in parts sales
• Computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs
• Initiative to address challenges and seek solutions
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Passion for customer service
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Strong organization and time management
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
