Country Financial Controller

Join our Controlling Capabilities Centers team, reporting to the Cluster Lead for Europe-II, and make a significant impact with your financial planning and controlling expertise for.

Mission Statement: Deliver top-notch financial planning and controlling services by analyzing metrics, identifying trends and issues, communicating insights, and recommending actions to enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with the Country CFO/Senior Finance Manager on strategic initiatives.
• Partner with global & local controllers to analyze financial performance and propose improvements.
• Manage month-end closure activities.
• Resolve intercompany balance discrepancies.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports through reconciliation.
• Provide management with data summaries, reports, and presentations.
• Track and analyze capital expenditure budgets and actual spending monthly.

• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting & Finance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with independent problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and the latest accounting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Proactive with a strong commitment to quality and adherence to strict deadlines.
• Experience with SAP FICO is an advantage.
