Crate Maker- 3rd Shift

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Crate Maker- 3rd Shift. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. The rate for this position is $22.24 per hour plus a $.50 per hour shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you'll do:

The main responsibilities of the crate maker are to construct wooden crates for B-Line products to be shipped to customers and to lift materials into the crate.

• Perform mathematical calculations.
• Read and interpret shop orders
• Perform shop order confirmations
• Safety & Quality Training necessary but not limited to:

• Hand Saw Certification
• Powered Industrial Truck (walk-behind)

Operate table saw and circular saw

Utilize saws, nail guns, and tape measure.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates who reside within a 50-mile radius of the Troy, IL facility will be considered.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, or distribution experience
