True Food Kitchen is looking for a multidisciplinary creative with strong instincts in both graphic design and copywriting to join our in-house Creative Team. You’re someone who can take a blank page, or screen, and bring to life work that’s visually compelling and strategically sound. From designing seasonal menus, to writing campaign headlines to, social assets to in-store storytelling, your job is to make sure everything we put into the world looks and sounds True… elevated, expressive, and full of purpose. WHAT YOU WOULD DO This role is perfect for a designer who writes, or a writer who designs. You'll collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing teams to shape the visual and verbal identity of the brand across key consumer touchpoints. We're looking for someone with a clean aesthetic, proficient design skills, a sharp voice, and a curiosity for crafting creative that connects. This is a full-time role based at our home office in Scottsdale, AZ. • Design campaign and evergreen brand materials with a strong eye for type, color, layout, and hierarchy • Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for email, packaging, print, social, and web • Develop headlines, taglines, and short-form copy that bring campaigns to life and move people to act • Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to translate briefs into cohesive design and messaging • Own projects from concept to final production, prepping files and managing execution with vendors • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (photographers, printers, illustrators) • Ensure all creative meets brand standards and aligns with our mission, vision, and guest experience • Complete production work on menus, ads and more • Champion our visual identity as the brand grows—helping evolve and extend it into new campaigns, new stores, new markets, and new initiatives. • Manage your workflow and partner with the Creative Team to prioritize requests, manage timelines, and keep things moving smoothly. • Stay organized, meet deadlines, and consistently produce high-quality work—on time and on budget. • Be open to feedback, flexible with revisions, and collaborative with a wide variety of team members. • Stay current on trends in food, design, and content—bringing inspiration and fresh ideas to the tableQUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications or related field, or equivalent experience. • 2+ years' experience as a graphic designer or copywriter, with restaurant or agency experience preferred. • Expertise in current graphic design practices and software using Mac platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud applications. • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and flexible when it comes to re-prioritizing tasks due to business demands. • Ability to receive design feedback, apply direction, work well under pressure and within budget.WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO • Competitive Compensation Package with quarterly bonus • Health and Wellness Benefits (medical, dental, eye & more) • FSA options for childcare assistance • Pet Insurance for your fur babies • Gym membership discount • Pre-paid legal support • 401K and TRUE Matching • Work-life balance including flexible PTO • Dining discounts • Additional perks and discounts through PerkspotIf you're excited about working for us and have most of the skills or experience we're looking for, please go ahead and apply.
