Job Description

• You are responsible for refining the brand strategy and develop tactics to further strengthen Scalable’s awareness
• You are driving state-of-the-art ways to tell a compelling, consistent brand story
• You are responsible for creating concepts, headlines and visual directions for on- and offline marketing activities
• You collaborate with and manage agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders for specialized projects
• You will take over the coordination with and support campaign management

Qualifications

• You are customer-obsessive and passionate about the finance world as well as trends in advertising and pop culture
• You have passion for aesthetics, ideas, writing and details
• You have excellent skills in communication, presentation and organization, combined with innovative thinking
• You are proficient in using design and marketing tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite)
• You have experience in a leading advertising agency, in-house agency or consulting environment (e.g. Art Direction, Concepting & Copywriting or Creative Strategies)
• You can provide a curated portfolio with highlight projects
• You have a relevant university degree in Arts, Design, Marketing or other related field of study
• You are speaking German at a native level and fluent in English
