Job Description

About the role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Creative Content Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content for various marketing platforms in a fast-paced environment, managing each project from initial concept to final execution. With your strong creative vision and storytelling skills, you will play an important role in ensuring that our content resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand. 

You will:

• Produce branded content for Carousell’s various channels for marketing purposes in required formats, e.g.for campaigns, social media content, etc. 

• Brainstorm and conceptualise ideas together with the design team and relevant stakeholders:

  • For videos, you will conceptualise your ideas into storyboards, scripting, filming to editing for output

  • For static content, you will conceptualise ideas and execute visual assets

• Graphic design skills are necessary to ensure that all assets are align with our brand guidelines

• Write copy for content and scripts

• Take photos for our internal stock images and internal events

• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to optimise and improve content to hit KPIs

• Have the opportunity to collaborate with external agencies or freelancers if more specialised skillsets are needed

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience as a creative, content strategist, or content producer

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, mobile editing softwares like CapCut

• Experience in videography, photography and scriptwriting

• Good understanding of all social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.

• A strong pulse of cultural conversations and understanding of trends

• Proven ability to thrive under pressure, stay level-headed, the willingness to learn, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
