Every slab, every tile has a story to tell, and we need aCreative Directorwho can bring those stories to life. This is not a “wait for direction” role. We need someone who thrives infast-moving, idea-to-execution environments, can own the brand vision from strategy to rollout, and is just as comfortable with a camera in hand as they are leading a campaign launch or elevating a digital platform. What You’ll Achieve in Your First 90 Days • Develop and presentseasonal creative direction and mood boardsthat reflect upcoming trends and our curated product line. • Successfully launch at leastone new product collection— from sample drops and marketing kits to a full creative rollout. • Capture and publishhigh-quality photo and video contentthat tells the brand story and engages designers, architects, and homeowners. • Build a4–6 week rolling content calendaracross social media, email, and web. • Begin building or strengtheningpartnerships and collaborationsthat expand brand visibility. • Assess and outline anaction plan for elevating our website platformto improve design, storytelling, and functionality. Your Day-to-Day • Create and execute marketing plans that support product launches, events, and campaigns. • Leadnew product rollouts, including marketing kits, sample drops to designers, and launch content. • Capture, edit, and publish photography and video for all channels. • Manage social media, email marketing, website content, and print materials. • Oversee partnerships, collaborations, and creative vendor relationships. • Drivewebsite platform improvements— collaborating with internal teams or external developers to enhance user experience, design quality, and storytelling capabilities. • Educate our audience on product value, including ourGood, Better, Bestpricing model, to shift perceptions on affordability. • Build the brand’s presence as atastemaker in the industry. What We’re Looking For • 5+ yearsin a creative leadership role — ideally in design, fashion, luxury goods, or home/interiors (stone/tile a plus). • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaign creation, and product launches. • Proven ability to own bothcreative strategyandhands-on execution. • Include the word dROX in the first question of your application linked below • Skilled in photography, videography, and editing (or adept at directing those resources). • Knowledge of multi-channel marketing — social, email, web, print, and PR. • Experience overseeingwebsite design and platform improvements. • Direct communicator who takes initiative and drives results.
