Creative Lead

Provides graphic design support and creative direction to the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center (“PPC”) through content creation and team collaboration. Responsibilities: • Provides digital and print graphic design support to include development, marketing, and client communication pieces • Produce content for PPC development communication collateral • Oversee the creation of all PPC visual marketing materials • Support social media content creation and contribute to developing social media strategies • Create graphics and video content for various mediums (i.e. social media, PPC website, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) • Assist in planning and executing PPC events • Assist with design layouts for class presentations • Supervise the Creative Team including Graphic Designer, Marketing Coordinator, videography, and creative contractors • Interface with donor development consultants to create visual support • Ensure all creative design in on-brand for PPC • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry • Passionate about the mission of PPC • Pro-life in word, pro-love in action • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or related field preferred • 2-5 years (minimum) experience in a similar leadership position • Experience and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign • Video editing capabilities, photography skills and a working knowledge of WordPress editing a plus • Excellent communication, time management and project management skills • Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality • Ability to work an onsite Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to work nights or weekends as PPC events and needs arise • Ability to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, to perform physical activities which require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting/moving gear up to 30 pounds without assistance
