The Creative Manager (SAC & MediaPRO) provides leadership to the production team that creates high quality, effective learning content for the SAC publishing department, such as courses, documents, and games. The individual in this role will also provide creative direction and feedback to their team on deliverables as well as input to the Director of Content (SAC & MediaPRO) on content strategy. They will liaise with other SAC & MediaPRO teams to achieve their goals and collaborate with others throughout Courseware as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with other SAC and MediaPRO teams to ensure the highest quality of production
  • Develop design standards and provide feedback to the SAC and MediaPRO creative teams to continually improve deliverables and skill sets 
  • Develop and model behavior that empowers subordinates and division as a whole to be more creative
  • Provide art direction and feedback to team members to maintain expected quality
  • Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement
  • Ensure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) compliant so that our content is accessible to all users
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA, BFA in design-related field or comparable work/life experience
  • Experience managing asset creation for complex courseware and/or marketing projects 
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience
  • Experience training others on use of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with accessibility and/or DEI guidelines
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) and their compatibility differences
  • Experience creating educational content and/or multiple large creative projects
  • Professional experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
