Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Senior Creative Operations Project Manager to oversee and optimize our creative processes. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is based in Vilnius.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Oversee project timelines and workflows.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
• Facilitate team meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution across creative teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Implement best practices for creative workflows.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality control of creative deliverables.

• 5+ years of experience in creative operations or project management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in high-velocity agency environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
  

Salary:

• €3300-€5000 per month based on experience (before taxes)
