Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Creative team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for tracking project progress, facilitating communication across departments and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and eager to grow in project management while thriving in a fast-paced environment. This role also offers exposure to large-scale entertainment and creative projects, with opportunities for professional growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Monitor and track daily progress of creative projects on Monday.com platform, ensuring assets are delivered on time and are kept organized.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and communicate edits clearly to designers and other project contributors.
• Use Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other communication tools to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Support budget tracking and help maintain accurate project documentation.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing notes.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to the Senior Project Manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and partners to align timelines and deliverables.
• Proactively resolve minor issues independently and escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.
• Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.
• Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations.
• Minimum 1 year experience in project coordination, project management support, or a related field (creative/entertainment industry experience a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, extreme cold.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
• Computer skills in Microsoft applications. (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.
Job Type: Part-time
