We're looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our creative department. This role will focus on streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and driving efficiency across all creative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Workflows: Organize and optimize the department's processes and workflows to boost productivity.
  • Manage Tools & Documents: Oversee the department's tools and documentation, ensuring effective usage across the team.
  • Build a Talent Network: Maintain a roster of top freelance talent to support project needs.
  • Strategic Task Allocation: Assign tasks based on team members' skills, preferences, and availability.
  • Monitor Project Timelines: Keep track of daily tasks and deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Create Clear Assignments: Break down new projects into actionable tasks with clear deliverables and specifications.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Attend key meetings, summarize discussions, and turn insights into actionable next steps.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing creative projects in advertising or digital marketing.
  • A strong understanding of creative workflows, including working with designers, copywriters, art directors, and animators.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, plan resources, and maintain deadlines within defined time and budget constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of people.
  • Experience working directly with clients or account directors, including receiving briefs, managing feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • High-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with confidence in client-facing communication.
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure high accuracy in every task
